Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: April 30, 2026Settled is committed to building both our public marketing site and our authenticated platform so they are accessible to users of varying abilities. This statement describes our accessibility goals, current status, known limitations, and how to reach us with feedback.
Our Commitment
We work to make Settled accessible to the broadest reasonable range of users, including those who rely on assistive technologies. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product requirement, not a one-time implementation task.
Standards We Target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines define technical criteria for making web content more accessible to people with a range of disabilities, including visual, motor, auditory, and cognitive impairments.
What This Statement Covers
This statement applies to both surfaces of the Settled product.
Marketing Site
The public site at the marketing host (including this Accessibility Statement and the other public legal and trust pages).
Authenticated Platform
The platform app where signed-in users access cases, intake, evidence, and dashboards.
Current Conformance Status
Both surfaces are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are actively identifying and addressing gaps. Some areas of the application may not yet meet all applicable criteria.
Known Limitations
The following areas are under active accessibility review:
Document and Evidence Viewers
Complex document and evidence viewing interfaces in the platform may have limited screen reader compatibility in some contexts.
Dynamic Case Content
Real-time status updates and notifications inside the platform may not be fully announced by all assistive technologies.
Third-Party Integrations
Some embedded or integrated third-party tools may not fully meet our accessibility standards.
Feedback and Reporting
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on either surface, please contact us at accessibility@settled.com. We review accessibility reports and aim to respond promptly. Where feasible, we will provide a workaround or accessible alternative while a longer-term resolution is developed.
Alternative Access
If a disability prevents you from accessing a specific feature, contact us and we will do our best to provide reasonable assistance within our operational capacity.
